Since you can freeze milk I would think you could freeze the creamer in small batches.

Sussanne, I have not used anything other than the ingredients listed in this recipe, so not sure about the taste, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I just did a Google search for lactose free sweetened condensed milk and there was a La Lachera brand by Nestle, but not sure if they make it any longer as it’s out of stock at Walmart and Amazon. Maybe a sweetened coconut condensed milk could be used for it instead.
As I said, I haven’t made this creamer with these ingredients, so I can’t tell you with confidence that you’ll like the taste. If you do make it, I would love for you to leave me a comment telling us how it turned out because I’m sure others would be interested in doing the same.

Can I use lactose free milk for your coffee creamer. Everything in my world has to be lactose free dairy!

I’ve been looking for coffee creamer recipes thank you so much! I hate the price at stores especially lactose free ugh!!!

I have been trying to find a homemade version of French vanilla creamer. I’m going to try to make this with coconut milk instead of “cow” milk. Wish me luck, lol.

I did not like this at all. I either drink my coffee black or with a little French vanilla creamer. I filled my coffee cup with the regular amount, that I use with store bought creamer, and the coffee was bitter. Second cup I added more, and more, and more. There was never a sweet, creamy, vanilla taste at all. I ended up pouring out that cup and drinking my third cup black. It just did not have a good taste at all. (I even used whole milk so that it would be richer). Waste of money.
