					<description><![CDATA[I echo the parchment paper statement.  These are very easy to get right if you use parchment paper, cook 5 minutes or maybe 6 if you put two trays in at the same time.  Take them out of the oven and slide your parchment paper off your cookie sheet so they cool faster.  You can then bend the paper to get them off after they cool if they are still stuck a little.  Also, turning them over will help them to harden the rest of the way.]]></description>
