Marie, good catch. Thank you so much. That should read between 120°F-130°F. I have fixed the recipe to reflect that. Again, thank you so much for letting me know!

Minor typo on step 3:

In a small saucepan over low to medium heat, warm up milk and water to very warm, between 120-120 degrees.

Should the instructions specify a temperature between 110 to 120 degrees". ?

You can do the next step by hand, mix the flour in with a wooden spoon, then knead the dough by hand

Margaret, unfortunately I do not have bread machine instructions for my English Muffin Bread. I would suggest Googling "Bread Machine English Muffin Bread" or "English Muffin Bread in bread machine". A recipe with those instructions is bound to come up.
Good luck!

Rio, thank you so much for bringing that to my attention. I have edited the recipe for it to say that 3 cups of flour should be mixed initially with the dry ingredients, and then after adding the milk, you're instructed to gradually add the remaining 3 cups of flour.
Hope that helps and thanks again. Enjoy it!

Thanks for the recipe. Question: In the recipe it states at #2. to mix the flour with all the other dry ingredients, #4 add liquid to flour mixture, then #5 add remaining 3 cups of flour, THIS IS THE CONFUSING PART, WHAT REMAINING 3 CUPS OF FLOUR??? The recipe makes it seem like ALL the flour was incorporated in the dry ingredients, so what I am missing? Also, at the bottom you have the date of 1921 as the updated "date", did you mean 2021??
Thanks for reading and responding to my question(s) in advance. And thanks for the recipe, will love to try it once I get a better understanding of your direction.
