I did freeze them. But for the life of me can&#039;t remember what I did.  Should have noted that in the blog.  ;-)&lt;br /&gt;I did find this about thawing and reheating frozen rolls that you might want to consider from Cookstr.com:  http://www.cookstr.com/recipes/dinner-rolls-101&lt;br /&gt;I hope it helps! And for reheating I would definitely wrap them i aluminum foil so that they don&#039;t dry out.&lt;br /&gt;Good luck and let me know what happens.  Happy Thanksgiving!!]]></description>
