Whip less, fold less and de-sweeten the frosting… Hmmm… I am very anxious to try bacon cupcakes with maple frosting. I may adapt to that.

To answer your question, I was talking to my mom while I was writing that post and I told her that maybe if she had taken it off the bone, I may have eaten it. She said “I thought you were eating it”. So, I guess the answer is no. They had no clue. : )
