Your dish sounds fantastic and Mr. 365 sure is a hoot. Well, for me to read about that is. I had a good laugh. My husband has similar night time exploits. He has fended off stick fighting gorillas in a presumed cabana, has chased our previous dog, Juneau, to stop the dog from driving our car and has fought off rats in our bed while swatting at them (me). You are much nicer than me. I scream at him that he is dreaming and I am not indeed a rat. Brady and you are welcome from Scrabble any time. If you are ever in So. Cal, let me know. Would love to meet you in person. 🙂

Thank you for the kind words. I’m glad you stumbled upon my blog too! I’m sorry you also lost a parent so young–it’s a terrible thing, and I know I’m a stronger person for it, but I know I’d rather be a little weaker and still have my father and best friend. Such is life I suppose. And I love the determination in your blog–a recipe a day, awesome! I’ll be checking back as well 🙂
