I made this bread and found it very moist and full of flavor BUT I could not spoon 'dollops' of the cream cheese mixture on. It was very runny. when the other half of the batter was applied, the cream cheese wanted to pool around the top. Imagine my surprise then when I cut into the cooled bread and found the cheese had migrated to the bottom. Just to be sure, there are 2 eggs in this recipe, right? one in the cream cheese, one in the batter? Any idea why the cheese was runny?
