In reply to Heather F. Heather, the parchment is to assist in lifting the dessert out of the pan before you slice them into separate servings. Of course, I double it would work as well if you doubled the recipe and put them in a 9 X 13-inch pan. I hope everyone still enjoyed them despite the mess.

Delicious, but forget the parchment on the bottom! Could NOT get a piece out of the pan without making a mess!

Cindy, thank you for your comment. I’ve read through both the recipe, and ingredients and instructions in the post itself and do not see any differences, other than the fact that the wording is different. The post doesn’t have the recipe instructions word for word, but it’s still clear and correct.
Could you please be more specific, and tell me what you see differently?

Your recipe directions seem to be correct and I’m looking forward to making this scrumptious dessert. But….the preceding directions and ingredient list conflict with each other many times. You might want to read through it and change a few things.
