Just wondering how long this lasts? I was thinking about putting some of this in a Mason Jar, with a pretty bow, and mailing to the grandparents for x-mas. I was just a little iffy on the time frame though.

In reply to lorna. lorna, depending on where you live, Trader Joe's also sells Cookie Butter which is essentially the same thing. Biscoff can also be bought online through Amazon.

In reply to Lori Giamanco. Lori, I mixed it slightly into the white chocolate when I used a knife to swirl the contents. I then put it into the refrigerator and kept it there instead of keeping it on the counter to display. I would refrigerate it until ready to serve otherwise it will soften.

In reply to lee-ann. Hey, Lee-Ann! Biscoff is a spread made with crushed Biscoff Cookies. You might be able to purchase it online and have it shipped to you. It is incredibly delicious and I often eat it out of the jar with just a spoon. ;-)

I have never heard of Biscoff. Is there any substitution? The bark looks and sounds amazing, can’t wait to try it!

What makes the Biscoff set up? Doesn’t it stay creamy? Does a bit of the white chocolate need to be mixed with the Biscoff to harden it?
