Just made then. Delicious! Didn’t add too much peanut butter as hubby not a great fan plus grated 4 apples. Its a winner and the pups love them too. Thank you for sharing

we have a granny smith apple tree and that is what i use to make these awesome cookies. i do add 1/4 cup more of pb and also 2tbsp of pb powder and i grate the apples. thank you for another great recipe

In reply to surbhi. Surbhi, I don't have a suggestion if you want to replace the egg, as I've not made these cookies without them, so can't attest as to how they'll turn out. If you're looking for an eggless cookie, I would suggest Googling those types of recipes.
